Returns

Online purchase:

Full price items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of receipt with tags attached in unworn condition and original receipt.

All sale items are FINAL SALE

Return requests must be emailed to refresh.parksville@gmail.com where you will be provided a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Online order returns will be in the form of an online gift card. At this time we cannot provide refunds

In store purchase: 

In store purchases may be returned within 10 days of purchase with tags attached in unworn condition and original receipt. A full refund will be returned to you in the same form as your original payment
